I am happy to say that normal business operations and shipping will resume on Monday, June 22nd, 2009. After a period of very high order volume and some unexpected personal circumstances, we will officially be caught up and back on track on that day. Please continue to use the support ticket feature for questions or status updates, as support tickets allow for the fastest turnaround time. My business email box is still backlogged (understatement) and support tickets are logged directly into the site...which means they are right there when I log into the admin and make it easier for me or my assistant to answer questions. Since there are so many emails in my email box, I want to make sure I don't miss anyone!

I want to thank everyone for their well wishes, good thoughts and patience during this difficult time. I am healing day by day and looking forward to getting back in the groove, reconnecting with everyone and rolling out some new products :)
